Completed in 2018 alongside Hobin Architecture as our Design-Build architect, Morley Hoppner led the construction of two new, 11,420 sq. ft., LEED® Silver fire stations on behalf of the City of Ottawa. The two state-of-the-art fire services buildings were delivered together under a single contract.

Working closely with the City throughout the design and construction process, our design-build team helped develop simple-yet-functional designs for the respective sites that offered a modern look and incorporated a range of sustainability features at the same time. With an emphasis on energy efficiency and durability, the goal was to ensure that these facilities were built to last—providing critical emergency services to the communities they serve.
