LUXO Place

Morley Hoppner recently completed construction of the first phase of the new LUXO Place development in Ottawa, a 1,322,940 sq. ft. hotel and apartment complex that will be built in two phases over a multi-year period.

The first phase consisted of a 36-storey apartment building and eight-storey extended-stay hotel, with the second phase to include two additional apartment buildings of 27 and 25 storeys. In total, this large-scale multifamily and hospitality development will help revitalize the Cyrville area, featuring 1,022 apartments above four levels of underground parking. The second phase is currently in the planning and development phase.

This large-scale project is being delivered under a Construction Management contract, with Morley Hoppner providing a range of preconstruction and construction services to the client to help deliver this landmark redevelopment project.
