174 Glebe Avenue Condominiums

Morley Hoppner was hired on a construction management contract to build this exclusive Art Deco-inspired condominium located between Percy and Lyon Streets in the heart of the Glebe. The red and precast building features large balconies and ground-floor terraces meant to engage with the leafy neighbourhood of mostly traditional homes.

The project is a four-storey, 12-unit condominium building, including one level of underground parking, that includes many high-end features in the units, including 9' ceilings, oversized baseboards, solid doors, and hardwood flooring. Completed in late 2016, Morley Hoppner was both Construction Manager and developer for this project.
