Cavanagh Sensplex

Morley Hoppner and the Ottawa Senators were selected as the preferred P3 partner by the City of Ottawa to design, develop, and construct the Cavanagh Sensplex arena and soccer field. The project also included the renovation of the existing West Carleton Client Service Centre and to design, develop, and construct a new Paramedic Post.

The resulting 34,500 sq. ft. arena features an NHL-sized ice surface, seating capacity for 250, and a variety of locker, storage, referee, and other spaces.
