Morley Hoppner acted in the role of Construction Manager for this single-pad, 46,000 sq. ft. arena in the Town of Smiths Falls, Ontario.
This brand new community centre replaced the old “Bears Den,” which had housed the local Junior “A” hockey Team for more than 50 years. The new arena supports a seated spectator capacity of up to 1,500 patrons, change rooms, concessions, offices, a community centre, a running track, and facilities for the Junior A Hockey club.
