Station27

Morley Hoppner led construction of a new multifamily development, Station27, situated on a 1,621 sq. m. site at 1155 Joseph Cyr Street and 1082 Cyrville Road in Ottawa’s East end.

The project consisted of a six-storey, 74,700 sq. ft., mixed-use apartment building featuring ground-floor commercial space. The building includes 116 residential apartments located throughout the upper five storeys and basement level, containing a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two- bedroom apartments varying in size, along with a variety of amenities for its tenants. Amenities include an at-grade communal space, an amenity room on the sixth floor, and a large rooftop patio. The ground floor also features visitor parking and bike storage.

The project was delivered under a Construction Management contract with Morley Hoppner providing a range of preconstruction and construction services to the client.
