Two The Parkway

Two The Parkway is a key development project in Morley Hoppner's portfolio. This seven-storey, mid-rise residential building is situated atop a single-level underground parkade and marks the successful completion of the first phase of the site’s transformation.

Totaling more than 92,000 sq. ft., Two The Parkway features 43 intricately designed suites, down to the last detail. Ranging in size from 675 to 1,730 sq. ft., every suite features a terrace, expansive windows, Deslaurier cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms, and a built-in gas connection for BBQs, with dens and gas fireplaces also available in many units. The building also features secure underground parking and storage and was ultimately designed to suit residents looking for a unique home in the Kanata neighbourhood they love.
