36 Robinson is a new nine-storey, purpose-built apartment building for Emblem and TCU Development Corporation located in the heart of Sandy Hill in Ottawa. Situated along the Rideau River, adjacent to Robinson Field, the complex is within walking distance of the University of Ottawa's campus.
The complex, beautifully designed by Hobin Architecture, is now complete. It spans a total of 174,000 sq. ft., featuring 153 rental units across nine storeys, all situated above a three-level underground parkade. The development includes main floor walk-ups along with ground-floor and rooftop amenity spaces. The project was delivered under a construction management contract, with Morley Hoppner providing both preconstruction and construction services.
