Morley Hoppner is currently leading construction of the new Lux Place development in Ottawa, a 1,322,940 sq. ft. hotel and apartment complex that will be built in two phases over a multi-year period. The first phase consists of a 36-storey apartment building and eight-storey extended-stay hotel, with the second phase to include two additional apartment buildings of 27 and 25 storeys. In total, this large-scale multifamily and hospitality development will help revitalize the Cyrville area, featuring 1,022 apartments above four levels of underground parking. The project is being delivered under a construction management contract, with Morley Hoppner providing a range of preconstruction and construction services to the client to help deliver this landmark redevelopment project.
